If you are not satisfied with a product(s), you may request a return through our Return Center. You will need to provide the order number and email address affiliated with your purchase to initiate your return.

If you do not have your order number handy, no worries. You can email us at orders@dermtodoor.com or text us at (703) 215-3087 with your request. We will gladly assist you with your return.

  Derm to Door does not provide free return shipping on any returns. 

All of our products are under warranty. If your product is damaged or defective in any way, please reach out to our Skin Success Team at orders@dermtodoor.com or text us at (703) 215-3087. Replacement options may vary by brand, but we will work with you to find the best replacement option.

Once your return is initiated, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

*Ineligible products for returns are as follows: Latisse, candles, pillowcases, gift cards, and face masks.

Derm to Door is not responsible for incorrect customer and shipping info. In the event that your order was lost, sent to an incorrect address or returned back to us, the customer is responsible for paying the return and/or re-shipment cost.
