What it does
A silicone sheeting that reduces the appearance and texture of scars. Silagen can be an effective scar treatment and prevention line for hypertrophic scars, burn scars, keloids, and abnormal scaring.
Doctor's Tips
- Remove gel sheet from package and, if necessary, trim to fit the scar. Sheet should extend at least 1/2 inch beyond the scar.
- Ensure scar area is clean and dry, as well as free from creams, lotions, ointments, and powders.
- Wear daily for 6-24 hours . Remove once daily to allow site to be washed and dried.
- For best results, use for a minimum of 2-6 months.

If gel sheet becomes dirty or loses adhesiveness, wash gently with water and mild soap. Allow to air dry before reapplying.
